It is a requirement that the applicant must be on the list of available jobs in Australia, and must have a certificate of experience in the same field of work, in addition to that the applicant is not more than 50 years old and must have passed the English language test.

- Visa 187 - Regional Immigration:

This visa is for the recruitment of workers from other countries to stay and work in Australia, the most important advantages of this visa:

  1. It gives its owner the right to temporary residence in the country as well as the ability to convert to a subclass 457 visa two years after commencing work.

  1. The right to direct access to Australian territory is granted to both those who have never entered Australia and those who have spent a short period of time.
