ICT Support Technicians will aid in providing support for the deployment and maintenance of web technology, computer infrastructures and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems.The ICT Support Technician monitors and maintains the company computer systems, performs installation and configuration of hardware and software, and solves technical problems. Coordinating and creating rapport with internal IT staff and customers to resolve all technical issues in order to ensure smooth business application processes and monitor all administration activities to maintain and reset all passwords and monitor all requests may be part of your responsibilities.
