RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing staff and customers with first class IT support services;
Answering and responding to all enquiries from clients and help them resolve any ICT related problems;
Promoting ICT goods and services to prospective and existing customers;
Responsible for maintaining company’s software and hardware;
Re-airing and updating of devices to support the business.
REQUIREMENTS
